plz answer
I m confused that somewhere it's written that auditor is appointed in every AGM..n somewhere it is written....it ll b appointed for 5 yrs ....
what is the exactly tenure of Auditor 😇😇

if rotation is applicable to co. for individual tenure is 5 yrs. firms 10 yrs. thereafter cooling pd for 5 yrs.
else every AGM.

Individual max 5 years tk appoint ho sakta h lkin every AGM me members se approve karvana padega ki usko continue krna h ya nahi
