Can audit fees of a private limited company be paid by a sister concern which ia partnership firm.

i think it can be paid by sis concern, but give transfer entry TO pvt ltd co BY partnership firm for the amt paid.
IT CAN BE PAID BY THE FIRM.
THE CORRECT ENTRY WILL BE:
AUDIT FEES Dr.
TO PARTNERSHIP FIRM
Yes payment can be made on behalf of the company. But expenses will be booked in the books of the company only.
Yes yes.. rightly they can pay? why cant pay?
