Do we need to learn cases in auditing related to professional ethics for exam purpose??

No komal you need to be remember provision of ethics with schedules

Dear Komal, It is not necesary to remember case laws. But schedules and clauses has to be remembered.

thanks a lot.....do we need to read them....actually i am short of time...i m referring padhuka's book and there r so many cases given in this chapter...

Dear Komal. I suggest you to go for Vinod Kumar Agarwal's auditing. This is a good book and it will be useful for easy abd fast revision also. There is no need to remember the case laws at all. IT is suggested to read and remember the clauses and schedules komal. Chaitanya
