Is there anyone who has working knowledge regarding Audit and Return filing of NGO????? If yes , plz help me
There is a NGO whose turnover is more than 1crore and is not registered u/s 12B and at the same time it is not working for profit.
How it's audit and return will be filed?????

Thanks for the query, Rimu, We do have worked and audited NGOs but most are registered under the act. In case of an unregistered NGO, we should treat it as AOP for tax purposes and accordingly provisions to that effect shall be applied.
