If a Chartered Accountant holding COP and partner in Partnership firm of CA ,Can sign audit report of audit under sec 44AD in his individual capacity ?

Yes, he can sign audit report under section 44AD subject to maximum limit under CA Act 1949.

I think audit of 44AD is not covered in celling limit of 45 by any CA.
