it's my first time audit earlier we have filed ITR under section 44AD. Consultent is another state he is asking to send Accepteance and repayment of loans whether Accepteance through cheque,RTGG
or another mode
please suggest how I can prepare the same

Give the details as per requirement on plain paper. That is to verify if any loan was accepted or given by cash mode.
Give all details of loans account, whether or not in cash. give all details
