Hi , help me for following query 
 About writing answers in law paper 
  If examiner ask question like 
 Question: Explain the provisions of the com act 2013 relating
 to the
 issueof sweat equity shares ?  

 So examiner specifically 
states that to explain provisions contained in the com act 2013
  But for the issue 
of sweat equity shares there also
 having provisions in the 
company rule 2014 w.r.t to the
 of issue of swart equity share    
Then which provisions 
we have to answered in the examination . 
 I'm preparing for ca inter may 2020
