Attachment of bank account solution
order for unitised ITC had been passed against my client.my client had filled application for rectification of Order had been filled by my client still today application is pending as status pending for action by tax officers but today gst officer had attached bank account of my clients.now what to do pls suggest

If it is blocked credit then leave else you may claim it in the subsequent months if it falls within deadline for availing ITC

Input tax credit has been disallowed specially in some cases.Sec 17(5) is applicable in such cases.
