For AY 2013-14 do RESIDENT INDIVIDUALS with no foreign assets have to declare their Indian assets in their IT Return efiling if their taxable income is less than Rs11 lacs arising out of salary/pension,Bank interest,agricultural income.

Hi Mr. Rajendra,
Provisions regarding 'Assets Declaration' in ITR is related to FOREIGN ASSETS only. No declaration regarding Indian Assets.
Your Indian assets could include :-
House Property - details are already there in ITR
Other Specified Assets - They have been taken care under Wealth Tax Act
Any Other Assets - i.e. Indian Assets - NO declaration required
