Do Assessment u/s 153 C overrules assessment made u/s 143?
Expenditure disallowed in assessment made u/s 143 and later on allowed u/s 153 C, what will be the treatment? can department object the exp allowed u/s 153 C and decide case on the basis of assessment u/s 143?
section 153C says about Income of third persons included in total income of assessee... so i dont know why you are asking about expenses allowed or disallowed...
