Assessee having more than one PAN
Sir. how do we know as to assessee is having more than one PAN, In a cases where he himself do not know.

He should know it. But he himself doesn't know then he is responsible for holding two PAN cards.
Wait for 31st Dec 2019 and thereafter that extra PAN card will automatically get cancelled/ deactivated by ITax Department.

generally the authourities do not allow for two PAN CARD.
