Assessee does not have bank account to fill in itr forms.
An assessee want to file his income tax return electronically. but he does not have bank account which is mandatory to fill in online ITR forms.

I THINK YOU HAVE TO FILL UP BANK DEATILS COLUMN MANDATORY ...
ENTER WRONG DEATILS IN THAT -ACC NO ...MICR..IFSC BUT MUST FILL UP

filling of inaccurate particulars in return, whether there is a refund or not, can never be a good practice. i agree with Pandit G, opening a bank account is preferable, it is just a half an hour process.
