I'm in my final year of articleship training rather I have just 2.5 months left for my unexpired training period and I have given my CA final exams. Due to some non-justifiable reasons my principal is enforcing me to terminate my articles now though I have not yet signed the form 109.
Please do suggest something. Im in big dilemma.
termination is not allowed after 2 years of aricleship
even your principal also cannot do any thing
and he cannot provide you transfer /termination if articleship at any way...
only option is he have to allow you for articleship for rest of 2.5 months
or take it as a leave and serve the excess leave with other employer
