What is the time limit for filing Form 109 with ICAI after termination

30 days....However, i files after 45 days but no problem.....

Plz Tell Me How & Where Would I Get My Study Material After Passing My Cpt Examinations and what do we need to do after passing the CPT Exam....

Form No.109 should have to be submitted within 30 days. However, it can be submitted beyong 30 days subject to payment of penalty the details of  which can be referred to in Form No.102.
