Articleship termination in 2nd year on medical grounds
dear sir, is that i have to take prior approval of ICAI to take transfer in 2nd year of articleship or directly i can apply Form 109 with medical certificate and principal approval? please can anyone tell me.

Yes you can apply for form Form 109 directly by showing medical certificate and other related evidences including principal's approval
