Articleship termination in 2nd year due to medical grounds
im in my 2nd year of articleship. i want to take transfer on medical grounds. can you please tell me the procedure and when can i apply again for articleship ie form 103. is there any time limit

If u take transfer on the basis of medical grounds thn ur artclshp period will increase by 3 months
and u will be eligible for re registration only after these 3 months

Yes sir. it will be extended. this is regarding my friend. she got married last year and now she is pregnant. she cant continue her articleship for few months. can she take transfer on medical grounds by obtaining certificate form govt hospital.

Sir whether she has to take prior approval of ICAI to take transfer or directly apply for From 109 with medical certificate and principal approval.
