Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the process for terminating an articleship in the second year due to medical reasons. Key points include the possibility of transfer on medical grounds, the need for a medical certificate from a government hospital, and that the articleship period may be extended by three months. It's advised to apply directly with principal approval and a medical certificate, as the institute is generally liberal with genuine cases.
If u take transfer on the basis of medical grounds thn ur artclshp period will increase by 3 months and u will be eligible for re registration only after these 3 months it can impact ur ca final attempt as well
