hello,

i want to take transfer on medical ground and my principke is ready to give me transfer .....can you please tell me if my principle shows 90-100 leaves and then my final attempt will be affected??? My final attempt is in nov 2019......and in form 109 what date should be shown from joining to which date???

please explain in detail

I am worried about it please reply as soon as possible

In case if transfer you need to immediately commence/continue the articleship at the later principal and not take a gap.
In case of gap, it will affect your final attempt due in Nov 2019.

In case of leave for 90 to 100 days is fine, at the later principal see that your total leave does not cross 152 days.

okay sir....but one thing is that on medical ground icai seek break from articleship for 3 months.....

Nope they don't actually.
It's better you take transfer and continue immediately at a later principal.

As I am on medical leave from 1sept 2018.....but i didnt sent approval letter to icai yet....cuz my dr.was not in the city....i will receive medical certificate tmrw....so in form 109 can i show 31 aug as date of termination....and in form 103....2-3 sept as joining date in new firm?

I visit vishwas nagar.....they told me that 3 month break from articleship is neccesary if I am taking transfer in second year....

In case of termination and transfer of articleship at later principal, both form 109 and 102/103 respectively should reach within 30 days.

So if you are writing 31st August then 30 days have already crossed.

It's better you write 11th September 2018 and fresh date as 15th September 2018.

Now all these things will depend on your current principal, whether is he going to accept it or not.

If my principle is ready to accept.....then 3 months gap is neccesary or not? Because I dont send application for transfer to icai ....I will send it within 2-3 days

if 3 months gap is there then your final attempt can be postponed, that's the only consequence.
3 months gap is not necessary.
