Articleship re-termonation
Hey friends,
advise me,
I am serving last 9 months of articles, have already taken 1 termintion during the 11 month of articleship( my principle had outsourced me to a KPO). i have already given CA Final exams in May 10, and now plan to take termination from the current articlship, and move over to my home town, Pune from Chennai (my current location).
the reason of relocation being transfer of father to Gujrat, and mother will continue to be in my hometown, and is not in good health.
kindly guide me how do i go ahead, the entire process is to be finished by June end.

According to the notification issued by ICAI , if there is a transfer of working parent in the place more than 50KM from the current Job so in such situation you can take transfer.
You have a valid reason that your father's health is not good so you must go forward.
I suggest you that you should talk to ICAI near you with this reason.
i strongly feel that u should talk with icai,delhi on phone or send an email regarding ur problem to NRO @ ICAI.ORG & NROART @ ICAI.ORG
also try "e-sahayataa" at icai.org
they'll help u out...............

I hope your problem of transfer of articleship has been solved. But if it is still pending you may refer to latest notification issued by ICAI . In which it is stated that article within 1yr of articleship can take transfer without any restriction , but it should be intimated first to icai prior to any step taken by you. I hope your problem get solved.
