Send then form 109 also... U hv already one copy na?? They didn't ask from me when i terminate and re register with another principal... Send them if they r asking... Or u submit jsut form 102 and 103...they later send u a letter if any documents required...

Submit kar do aap form 109 ki v ek copy kya ja raha hai...

and please put your query on e sahayataa of icai. may b they answer u differently.

Yes u hv to purchase stamp paper for signing deed with ur principal... In current date... That's why back dated not allowed now... Stamp paper is kept by ur principal... Only form 102 has to be submitted with icai by ur principal signed... Attached one copy of form 109 if they r asking... U already before registered with icai na... U know all the procedures
