My Friend's articleship completed on 17 May 2014 and now he is serving extension from 11 June till 30 Sept.Will he be eligible for paid leave fo exam day as he completed his articleship before exam ???? Pls Guide !!!

granting of paid leave depends upon the employer. since he had taken excess leave and serving for this excess no. of days, then i dont think he will be allowed such leave. and even exam is in nov and his extension will complete in sept. then why he would need leave.
