hello my sir is not giving sign on exam form for ca final Nov 2019 and i have requested him but he is not giving bcoz of this my ca final attempt is postponding....plz help me if any one can help me

are u completed articles or continuing?
if j completed articles then no need of ur principal sign on declaration form. only urs self declaration required
