Articleship leave counting

please tell me dat, m i  correct  when i deduct following from total leave taken 

1) all sundays falling in leave duration(when on leave) n all national holidays n other holidays wen office has been kept closed during my leave period.

2)gmcs course duration undertaken during leave period

3)exam period e.g. 3rd may to 17 may  

4) set off for excess hours served while in service. 

do let me know if m wrong somewhere.. 

n also whats  d no. of working hours in a week is it 35 or 40? so dat we can know our excess credit.

Yes you are right  dear.... Total hrs. shall be 35 per week .... Also don't recognize yourself as 'depressed student "..... 

if our articleship is expiring on  suppose 1st jan as per deed of articles and we have served till 15th jan can these extra 14 days be taken into consideration for reducing total leave taken? 

n wat if it is found dat around 30 more days  r required to b served (due to excess leave) even after articleship period has been expired. den can we serve this left over period under any other ca  in d same city (other than present employer)? n wat r d formalities required to b done for dat? which form apllicable?

 

is it allowed dat we submit form 108 (completion of service )mentioning total leaves taken.

and days which r left to be served due to excess leave taken be serve  after 2- 3 months break(due to exams or other reasons). do we hv to comply with any formality during dis break of 2-3 months, n  then serving left over period later with d same employer or any other employer?

the same doubt is with me

1. Yes it wil count.

2. If is is found that Excess leave is 30 days  and yor articleship is end on 1at jan then u have to work for extra 30 days and it wil complete on 31st jan. under present Employer only and No formality require. U have to shown all things in Form 108

3. It is Not allowed at all, yaar. U have to complete that 2-3 months articleship before submission of 108. Alternatively, u can say yor CA that we submit form widaut showing extra leave and i will come for work after exam. Here, in ahmedabad many frnds do this.

And yaar why depressed? just Chill

You have to send 108 by due date of Training showing total leave taken 

n then have to execute supllemetry deed for excess leave taken in form no 107 if it is in continuation

however if there is gap between ur trning ending date n commencement of excess leave trng then execute fresh form 102/103 for excess leave period
