Can anyone plz tell me I terminated my articleship within 1 year , now am transferring to other firm and for that I have filled form 102/103 and it is requiring form 112 ..and it requires signature of principal ..and he is out of town for 2 days .I wanted to ask that I have filled the date of joining the new firm on 28 Jan 2021 in form 102/103 and in 112 ..but will upload the signature of principal on 30 jan 2021 ..so wanted to know my joining would be considered as 28 Jan only ?

Your joining date will generally be considered 28 Jan 2021 as stated in your forms, provided you obtain the principal's signature and submit the documents to the ICAI within the stipulated filing period.
