there are rumors that icai is considering removing the notification regarding transfer of articles.does anyone have knowledge abt it????????

ya.i have heard the same..but it seems all those are just rumors.
it can be clarified from ICAI.
ya that rule has been scrapped now any one can take transfer without any restriction subject to provisions
i hv heard that one has to take work atleast for 2.5 years with one ca n than u cn take transfer only with some genuine reason...
dont knw if it is true...???? anyone of u knw abt this rule????
