Dear colleagues,
I've started my articleship on 1.09.2014 and got transfer on 30.08.2015. Then I re joined on 13.10.2015. What will be the treatment of those 43 days? Would that be considered as leave??. Please reply

U joined on 13.10.2015 and when u submitted the form ??
Further if u have filled those 43 gaps then your adjusted in your allowed leaves or else if u exceed then your articleship would be extended

Date of form submission is 13.10.2015, and till date I've taken leave less than 15 days.
