Sir, i am a ca final student and it is the first year of my articleship. I have already registered myself for B.Com which will be completed in April 2015. Now along this I want to prepare for CAT examination which is due in Nov, 2015. For this i want to take transfer so that I can prepare well for both CA Finals and CAT. But my principal is denying to give transfer and is asking for permission from the instutute for the CAT preparation and after that only he will permit me for the transfer. So as per institute am i eligible to pursue CAT along with CA Final and B.com?
Is there any restriction to take transfer within one year of articleship?
