I have taken transfer in my 2nd yr of articleship to another CA firm in second yr.

But in my new registration letter it is mention that article is already 42 days extension.

So, my question is that whether such Extension can be adjusted in further Articleship ???

Its very obvious that the period of article ship will remain same. The no. of leave allowed will be same. You have just changed the principal. The rules are same. The excess leave taken under first principal will be adjusted in the remaining period of articleship under second principal.
