i think it will be of nno use u cant opose the ca but yes u can make him to go thru the guidelines but cant force him to giv u stipend by cheque

Hey Guys,

This is a common thing. You can definitely ask them to refer guidelines and also complaint about them. BUt sometimes what happens , if they dont give stipend to you, they give you relaxation in timings for your study, so somewhere sometimes compensates. Its a give and take situation. But definitely you should ask for stipend if you are working completelyn as per ICAI norms

I m doing my articleship with Udaipur based CA firm, My principal does not give us stipend and his behaviour is also so rude, They force us to work for 9 hrs,that is not good. Please tell me what can I do?
