Hi,
I would suggest you to first decide your objective then you would be able to take decision for investing your 3 years.
You should gather information about the firm whether it is a big or mediocre. The exposure they are going to give you i.e. clients size, type of audit work, team size etc.
Do they have enough work with them so you can learn.
Do they have a big team of articles, so you can have peers to discuss about your studies and other matters.
Their job timings, if you would be able to manage your studies with work.
Do not get carried away by your friends, first decide your needs.
