notice received by me from icai,kanpur. for enclosement of communication address, My query is refill of form 103 for this,ya fir letter head type karke send kr de with address details

Upto my knowledge u r not required to refill form 103, it is to be submit on letter head

You dont have to fill Form 103 again. Only u have to do is write an application to the institute mentioning the address of coommunication of the same city where ur CA office is situated i.e. Patna on letter head of your CA & signed by ur CA.

Also attach DD of Rs. 2000/- with it as ur fee for articleship is pending.

Speed post it soon at Kanpur. Delay can prolong ur exams .

Mam,

I live in patna on rent on lodge,lodge owner is not residing there,if any letter/notice will be send to that address, no body can receive,i think that I mention office address for communication address,but sir bol rahe hai ki nhi kr sakte,

But ur form is not acceptable until u give address of Patna , u can give address of any person who is residing there for permanently either of your friend or anyone else u know.
