I had applied for articalship on 27 July .but my form is not submitted till now due to issues in portal . I am a direct entry student and I have to registered before 31 July.
my application is on hold..but articalship apply date shown in the portal is 27 July
can I eligible for may attempt or not?

Mr Jasneet, as per my opinion you are eligible since your application date is 27 july and it is on the ixai hand to approve it. delay in appraval or submit application does not effect your articleship comencement date.
further i want to suggest you to contact to icai on this regard they will give you the correct answer and may process application earlier
