Hi Friends,
One of my friend received arrears salary to the tune of Rs. 232000 and for that component PF has been deducted by his employer. While calculating Rebate whether the PF Contribution made on the Arrears amount is deductable under 80C in the respective years for calculating rebate.
No the pf contribution can be claimed only in the year of remittanace to the pf authorities.
