Are1 form original and duplicate misplaced

Dear All,

We are located in SEZ,we have purchased material from DTA unit.
One of my supplier dispatched ARE1 forms original and duplicate along with the material. my local transporter has misplaced the same when carrying the material to factory. Is there any possibilityt to ask for the same copies from the supplier. or pls suggest me any way to close this transaction.
