Are practice manual esp for pratical subjects enough to pass ipcc nov 15? or should I refer more.,...

No, practice manual are not enough to pass the exams..... If it is so, then all candidates appearing for CA EXAMS becomes CA in one attempt.
Focus on each & every topics is required.
ICAI PM are just for the sake of practicing questions.
It's not necessary that in each attempt there will be questions taken from PM in upcoming exams.
Rest is your decision.
