how to do taken architecture fee in accounting

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies how to account for architecture fees within a construction business. It explains that if the fee relates to property purchase, it's added to the asset's cost. For construction purposes, it's typically shown under indirect expenses, with 'Architecture Fee' as the ledger. Alternatively, it can be classified under 'Legal and Consulting Fee' or as a direct expense if incurred before building completion.

For what purpose it was paid???

If paid for purchase of property then added to the cost of asset

@ Sumanth,

You can account the fees also in/as "LEGAL AND CONSULTING FEE"

Also You can account the ARCHITECTURE fee under DIRECT EXPENSES. Bcoz, It's not a expense of After Completion of the Building...
