We are in process of a incorporation of a private limited company in Delhi.One of the subscriber of MOA & AOA i.e. Mr. A is UK citizen.
He has issued Power of Attorney in favour of Mr. X to subcribe MOA/AOA on his behalf.
Now is it necessary to apposittle or consularise MOA & AOA ? or Mr. X can subcribe on his behalf ?
