Appointment of Statutory Auditors
is it mandatory to file form MGT 14 for appointment of Statutory Auditors??

Filing of Form MGT-14 is not mandatoty in case of normal appoinment...
in case of casual vacancy (resignation) is it mandatory ??
No requirement of form MGT-14. Only Form ADT-1 needs to be filed.
ADT -3 by resigning auditor and ADT-1 by Company. MGT-14 is not required.
MGT 14 is Nowhere related to appointment or removal of Stat Auditors of Companies
MGT 14 not required.
