Appointment of md in egm

No, MD can be appointed by passing ordinary resolution.

First event can be noted in Board Meeting.

For second event, depending upon the remuneration, as per schedule XIII Ordinary or Special Resolution would be required. Form 32, 25C and 23 are to be filed in this regard. Form 23 is to be filed whehter or not special resolution is passed.
