Dear Sir,

There is no need to worry. You may upload the necessary E-forms later with additional fees. When you upload the forms on ROC site then challan will reflect containing details of normal fee and additional fee. Simply pay the same. Avoid unnecessary delay in filing e-forms.

After the appointment of MD 2 forms are required to be filed 1st form 23 within 30 days of the date of appointment 2nd one is form 25C within 90 days of the appointment.

The fee of both the forms is Rs. 500/- and in your case only form 23 is delayed so the fee of form 23 would be Rs. 1000/-.

When you file the form it would automatically charge the fees as applicable in your case.

It is advisable to complete all the formalities at the earliest.
