if company has already appointed statutory auditor for fy 17-18 , than can company appoint one more auditor for the same financial year as joint auditor?

Please guide how to proceed for appointment of Joint Stautory Auditor to fill casual vanancy arising due to resignation of the previous Auditor. Actually we are appointing the Joint Statutory Auditor in EGM one among them is CA Firm and the other is the LLP.
I am herewith giving you the details of the issue being faced while filling form:
I am Filling Form ADT-1 in the manner stated below:
1. In Filed 4 i.e. "Whether Joint Auditors have been Appointed"
Selected: YES
2. In Field 7(a) i.e. "Whether Auditor is appointed due to casual vacancy in the office of Auditor:
Trying to select: "YES" but the error while selecting YES is "YES cannot be selected in both Field - 7 and Filed - 4"
Kindly suggest how to proceed further.
