Appointment of Auditor-URGENT!!!!!!!!

In your case 23B SRN number of FY 2008-09 should be provided.

I am not clear from your question that how come you are filing form 23B for some other audit firm or is it a typographical error. Form 23B should be filed only the auditor who was appointed.

1. The Co should sent the letter of appointment within seven days of the AGM

2. The auditor should intimate his acceptance or rejection(Both) within 30 days of receipt of the above intimation to RoC in Form 23B. All audit firms are cautious about these facts and would have filed the form 23B

Number Z999999999 is still working. You don’t have to stop filing. File annual accounts with this number in place of SRN No of 2008-09. I have already done this and all forms have been approved by ROC.

No you can not use SRN of 2009-10 for the filing of annual accounts of 2008-09 technically. However I am not sure about ROC people. They can do anything…

If ABC and Co a partnership firm is appointed as auditor, Form 23B should not be even signed in the firms name. It should be signed by one of the partner of the firm. - This is a MCA circular. So, you cannot file form 23B. Please check

agree with mr. ankur.. jst a corrcetion in the SRN. It is Z99999999 i.e. it should come to 9 digits & not 10
