Appointment of auditor for a private company for last 6years

If the company had not filed the RoC Annual return for past six years its status would  probably be dormant by now, so you'll have to first normalize the company status for any further filing with RoC.

I will suggest you to appoint auditor  for every financial year in last 6 AGM and mandatory filed form-23B for only for the FY 2011-12 and FY 2012-13.

For the rest of the financial year you can use SRN of  Z99999999

I have a doubt regarding the above situation, will in the above case sec 224 (3) will be applicable

where CG appoints auditor for the company.
