There's a newly formed Company in which 2 directors are there, No AGM has been conducted yet, One of the Directors has to resign and an additional Director has to be appointed.. So can I do the same in single form Dir-12, if Yes, then whose DSC will be affixed on the Dir-12 apart from a professional

yes. one form can be filed.
you may use the DSC of continuing director other than retiring/resigning director.
You may specify the same in Board Resolution that, any of the directors be authorised to file the required forms with ROC.

Dear sir.... If the date of resigantion n date of appointment falls within 30 days.... Then u can file single Form DIR 12..... N u can affix the DSC of other director who is presently director in company.....
