then kindly say wat is the use of the Form APPLY FOR COMAPANY NAME RENEWAL then

Company has to file Form 1A for checking whether the particular name is available or not. Once that name is approved by the concerned ROC, company can file Form 1 after passing necessary resolution. Thats is,

• Apply for availability of  name Form 1A
  
• Pass necessary resolution Form 23
  
• Change name Form 1

but i think after filling Form 23 we need to file Form 1B not Form1.

yes u r right Mr. Nihit, u hv to file form 1B....also form 1AR that is for company Name renewal is required to file only in case u want to renew the name for a further period of 30 days.

When form 1A is approved, the name is available for a period of 60 days n after that the name allotted to u get expired, so to renew the name allotted we file form1AR for renewal of name for further period of 30days.

i want to know one more thing suppose the date of approval is 20/02/2011, then what will be the earliest date for passing Special Resolution as bcoz  21 days clear notice is required.

the co. is a private limited with 2 directors.

u cn pass the resolution on14th of march..n if the AOA permits then pass the resolution by shorter notice containing the consent of all the members.

Where did we get the Form 1AR?

After filing form 1A & getting the name approved, file form 23 &  then 1B. You can file both form on same day.  You will get fresh Certificate of Incorporation only after approval of form 1B.
