Dear Professionals
We dont have company PAN card as it got misplaced long back....I have the PAN number but do not know how to apply for it....
Just want to clairfy ITS A PRIVATE LTD COMPANY PAN NOT PERSONAL PAN.
Kindly advice on how to apply for it

Hello Deepak.
Just search if u have the PAN allotment letter which one gets when PAN card is received.
If not then the following procedure is to be followed.
First and foremost, you need to fill in a change request or correction form. The form is attached below.
The form is to be submitted along the any of the 2 proof's given in the form.
Other instructions are given in the form which is to be followed like payment of 94 Rs i guess is to be dont while submitting the form in NSDL centre etc.
