A party registered under Madhya Pradesh Vat Act. if he Purchased goods from DELHI and also sold the SAME GOODS in delhi ( i.e. Goods not entered in MP ). in that case whether CST will be applicable and what form to be given to seller and what form to be obtained from the purchaser.
