Depending upon the exact details of your case, you are liable to service tax under one or more of the following heads if your gross turnover crosses Rs. 10 lakh -
1. Commercial Training or Coaching Centre
2. Commissioning and Installation Service
3. Consulting Engineers
4. Management Consultant
