POT is applicable to all.
He can pay ser tax on receipt basis if his receipt in preceding year was 50 lacs or less.
The surveyor gross fees receipts upto FY 2014-15 was below 10 lakhs. But as per 26AS for the FY 2015-16 Just 2000 exceeded above limit. is it required to go for immediate ST registration for FY 2016-17 concern.
go for registration and pay tax on Rs 2000 only
