Revised Schedule VI will be applicable to financial statements of all companies being prepared on or after 1st April, 2011
Thank you Chandan. And do the companies have to follow Ind As or the accounts to be prepared as per old AS issued by ICAI
In Ind AS 101 - First time adoption of Indian Accounting Standard - it says, its applicable from 1st April 2011.
