My query is, if any person is already registered under gst for logistic services and he opens a catering services / Restaurant / food supply service, is he liable to pay gst on this additional business also.

If the business has been opened under the same PAN then the other business will also be treated as registered if in the same state. If in different state then a separate GST registration is mandatory.
